Cisco WebEx has received reports of the inability to playback or download Network Based Recordings that may or may not have impacted our meeting services on

Cisco WebEx Engineers are investigating the issue diligently and will provide status updates regarding this issue on or before Friday April 26th at 7:00 PM EDT.
