WebEx Audio Prompts from Native Languages to English-Only – May 17th, 2014

This is to notify you that Cisco will be performing an emergency maintenance on Saturday, May 17, 2014 between 10:00 p.m. and 2:59 a.m. EDT.

Previously, Cisco changed the below listed countries WebEx audio prompts from English-only to the countries native languages, however, effective May 16th, 2014, Cisco has decided to remove this change until a more robust solution can be provided for global customers.

* Dual language audio prompts will remain as-is and will not be changed.

During this maintenance period, access to your primary Cisco WebEx audio services will seamlessly and automatically redirect to a secondary system for all hosts and participants. While on the secondary system, all Cisco WebEx services will be functioning properly.
