On Monday July 15, 2013 between 10:00 pm and 3:00 am EDT, Cisco will be upgrading the WebEx Meeting Center service to WebEx Enterprise.
The following services will now be available:
- Cisco WebEx Meeting Center
- Cisco WebEx Training Center
- Cisco WebEx Event Center
- Cisco WebEx Support Center
Upon login to your WebEx account, a you will see links to all three of the new services and can begin using them immediately. Each new service has extensive user guides under the “Support” link on the left hand menu and you can call 866-569-3239 for WebEx Technical Support 24 hours a day.
If you are purely a telephone conferencing customer or aren’t interested in these new services, please ignore the new links and save this information as a future reference if/when needed.
