On Tue July 10, 2013 between 12:00 am and 2:59 am EDT, Cisco will be upgrading WebEx Meeting Center services to the new release, WebEx Business Suite 28.12 (WBS28.12).

Improvements to the Site Admin Usage Reporting Function
Administrators for WebEx sites which have large amounts of data have previously reported problems when attempting to generate CSV usage reports within the Site Admin tool. Reports such as “Session Summary” or “Attendee Details” would take a significant amount of time to run, and would occasionally time out.
This release introduces improvements to the Site Admin usage reporting function by giving the Administrator the option to generate usage reports in the background.
The Site Admin tool now features a new checkbox – “Generate usage report as a background process”. When this box is checked, the report will run in the background, and the Administrator will receive an email notification when the report is complete. This release also introduces enhancements in the SQL performance.
New WebEx VOIP Engine
WebEx introduced a new WebEx VOIP engine starting WBS 28.12. This engine will replace the existing VOIP engine and provides better echo cancellation and noise reduction. The change has also been introduced in Network-Based Recording (NBR) Player. WebEx has removed an old audio codec from the Network Recording Player.
